Club Rules

Hours of Operations

  • Club access is available from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday.

  • Club access is available from 8:00 am until 1:00 am, Friday and Saturday.

  • Full access members are welcome to visit during all opening hours.

  • Entertainment access members are welcome to visit from 4:00 pm through closing hours.

Membership Requirements

  • Members must be at the age of 35 or older. In the case of a household member, under 35 is acceptable but they must be a partner/spouse of the member.

  • Corporate members may have 5 users on their access list. All must be over the age of 35.

  • Applicants under 35 will be considered with a one recommendation from existing members in good standing. Contact us directly for information, as we are currently considering under 35 on a case-by-case basis until we have a membership base available to make recommendations.

Dress Code

  • Appropriate dress is mandatory at all times in The Club.

  • Smart casual dress is required unless otherwise mentioned for special events.

  • Smart casual dress includes collared shirts, slacks, jeans, sneakers, knee-length shorts.

  • Political, religious, racial, civic, or social view affiliated wording on apparel or bags are prohibited.

  • Not permitted at any time: athletic apparel, flip-flops, torn/tattered pants or shorts, ball caps of any kind.

Conduct

  • Members and guests are expected to follow Club House rules.

  • Members may not use The Club address, telephone number, or logo in any correspondence or business stationary.

  • Members may not use The Club name in written communication with the press or general public.

  • Members and guests may not bring food or beverages into The Club or arrange for deliveries of any kinds, with the exception of celebratory cakes, upon Club Management approval.

  • The Club will not accept any packages or mail for member or guest behalf.

  • Devices, including laptops, cellular phones, and tablets must be closed and put away by 4:30 pm.

  • The membership roster, including any personal information, but not limited to telephone numbers, physical addresses, and email addresses is the for the exclusive use of The Club Management.

  • Members may exchange personal information directly with other members.

  • Members are expected to vouch for the conduct of their guests and understand that guest conduct could potentially impact membership.

  • Members are allowed to only bring the number of guests that their membership package allows.

  • Members may not bring the same local guest more than twice in the same month and four times over a lifetime of membership. After a local guest has reached their visitation allowance, the guest is prohibited from being a returning guest for the duration of the member’s membership.

  • Out-of-town guests are permitted to visit no more than twice per month without a visitation pass. Out-of-town guests are permitted to visit 2xs a month, with no annual limitation.

  • The General Manager or Manager on Duty is charged with notifying Members and guests if they violate The Club rules and/or engage in disorderly conduct.

  • The General Manager, Manager on duty, or associate where a violation occurs is authorized to take appropriate action to monitor improper conduct at the club, including ejection of Members and Guests.

  • Members are required to utilize their membership at least once a month, either by visitation or event attendance, if The Club reaches a waiting list for membership acceptance. Because The Club aims to provide an enriching social experience members are to be committed to utilizing the Club by visiting the space and/or participating in events.

  • The General Manager or Manager-in-Charge will report violations to the House Committee and Board of Directors

  • Illegal conduct or conversations related to any illegal dealings that may be heard by members or employees of The Club, will be terms for immediate removal of the premises and revocation of membership indefinitely. This includes conduct for members using a Corporate Membership. This conduct puts the entire Corporate member holder at risk.

Payment

  • Cash payments for Club Services are not permitted. Membership cards must be presented and all charges must be signed for with signature on file and correct account number.

  • There is a service charge levied on all food and beverage charges at an amount set by the club (15%), in addition the current sales and use tax for food and beverages (6%), and sales and use tax rate for events and other club services.

  • Additional gratuities can be added at the time of signing a charge, but may not be given to employees or staff individually, in cash or otherwise. Violating this rule puts employee at risk for termination and Member at risk for revocation of membership.

Electronic Use

  • Devices, including laptops, cellular phones, and tablets must be closed and put away by 4:30 pm.

  • Audible pagers are prohibited.

  • Members and guests may not receive phone calls at The Club’s telephone number.

  • Upon entering, please set devices to silent/vibrate mode.

Day Use Business Conduct

  • For members with Full Access, business conducted must be confined to individual work or collaboration work. Guests of Full Access Members may not be business clients with the intent to conduct, including but not limited to, real-estate closings, legal discussions, fund solicitation, or illegal dealings of any sorts. Contracts for a Member’s business services or products may not be signed or discussed on premises. This is subject to change when private rooms become available for booking.

Reading Material

  • Newspapers, magazines, and books that belong to The Club are not to be cut, marked, or removed from premises.

  • Reading material brought in for personal use or community bookcase, by Members, must be of good taste.

Pets

  • Pets, with the exception of Service Animals as defined under the American Disabilities Act, are not allowed in the club. They must be licensed, and the license must be up to date & on file with the membership office. The Club will notify all members if we have a Service Animal member along with rules of conduct for engagement with that Service Animal, per said member’s direction.
